Digital Artwork and Downloadable Files — Terms of Use and Copyright
Each Little Sweet Designs template is copyrighted by Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd and may not be sold, redistributed, or given away except as expressly permitted below. All credit for designs must be attributed to Little Sweet Designs as appropriate.
Permitted Standard Use — You CAN:
- Change or modify the template in any way for use in creating products for yourself or your own customers
- Sell prints, cards, books, albums, or other printed or physical products that use the template in whole or in part
Standard License Prohibitions — You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason
- Claim these designs as your own
- Sell any design, digital or printed, on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, eBay, Creative Market, or any general online store)
In short: YES to printed sales use to your clients only, and NO to digital sales use and sharing of any form.
When you join the Little Sweet Designs Members' Club, you are not purchasing the copyright to the product — you are purchasing a licence to use the product in a certain way. Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd retains full copyright ownership and is licensing the use of that copyright to you for a fee.
Sallyann Ralph of Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for all artwork and designs. You may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, share, or give any content to a third party for use in any way.

Intellectual Property Protection
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to website copy, products (including e-courses, membership content, templates, e-books, and downloadable files), programs, videos, photos, images, graphics, designs, and other files — are the proprietary property of Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian intellectual property law.
You are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access, download, view, copy, and/or print any products you purchase from Little Sweet Designs solely for your personal, non-commercial business use, unless specific terms associated with those products are granted separately.
You may not:
- Share your login credentials for littlesweetdesigns.com.au or any associated course or membership platform with any third party
- Sell, assign, or transfer your access to our platforms or content to any third party
- Give away any contents, share codes, resources, or information from inside our courses, products, or free downloads
- Use our contents, materials, ideas, designs, or intellectual property to create a competing product or service (see Non-Compete Clause below)
Unauthorised use constitutes theft and we reserve the right to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking financial penalties and/or injunctions.

Non-Compete Clause
By purchasing or accessing any product, template, or membership through Little Sweet Designs, you agree that you will not use the content, materials, frameworks, or intellectual property provided to you to launch a competing digital template membership, template library, or subscription-based design resource product targeting web designers, photographers, or creative professionals for a period of five (5) years from the date on which you agreed to these Terms.
While you are entitled to share your story and speak about your experience with our products, it is a breach of this agreement to do so in connection with the launch of a competing product that offers similar design templates, resources, or education to web designers or creative professionals.

Your Licence to Us
When you submit any post, comment, image, or other content on or through our website or platforms ("User Content"), you grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, display, perform, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media or format for advertising, marketing, or any other lawful purposes.
You retain the right to request removal of your User Content at any time by emailing hello@littlesweetdesigns.com.au. Where User Content has already been incorporated into our advertising or marketing materials, our licence to that content will continue to apply.

Membership — Termination
Termination By You: You may terminate your membership with Little Sweet Designs at any time from your account settings. If you have been on a paid membership plan for more than one full calendar month, you may retain and continue to use items downloaded prior to termination. If your membership spans less than one full month, you agree to immediately discard and delete all downloaded items from your devices upon termination, as these are not licensed to you for ongoing use.
Upon termination, you will lose access to any future content added to the membership site, and any pricing discount associated with your original enrolment will no longer apply. Rejoining will be at the current enrolment price.
Termination By Little Sweet Designs: We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. Little Sweet Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Discontinuation of Services: Little Sweet Designs reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services at any time, for any reason. We will not be liable to you for the effect that any changes to the Services may have on you, including your income or ability to generate revenue.

Payments
You have the right to pay for any of our products or services in full. If you choose to pay using a payment plan, you agree to pay each instalment on time and in the full amount agreed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, and/or Wise as third-party payment processors. If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your card for all fees due, without any additional authorisation, for which you will receive an electronic receipt.

Payment Plans
If you elect for a payment plan, you authorise Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd to charge your credit card or bank account automatically according to the terms set forth in the instalment plan details shown at checkout.
You are fully liable for all payments agreed upon at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you continue to access or use our Services. If a payment is missed, we will attempt to retry the payment method up to four (4) times before contacting you via email. If payment has not been received within thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to send the outstanding debt to a collections agency of our choosing.
If an outstanding balance is sent to collections, an additional 30% will be added to the remaining balance to cover collection costs and associated legal fees. Once submitted to a third-party collections agency, all further communication regarding the debt will come from that agency, not from Little Sweet Designs.
Little Sweet Designs Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 14 calendar days from the due date.
Upon your first missed payment, you may be immediately removed from all course portals and membership communities.
We are not responsible for any overdraft fees, bank late payment fees, or other financial setbacks caused by your inability to pay on time. If you are unable to commit to the full payment plan, this product or investment is not for you.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the Services provided and the digital nature of our products, we offer no refunds. All sales are final. If you have questions about our refund policy, please email hello@littlesweetdesigns.com.au before making a purchase.
We do not accept chargebacks. You agree to make every attempt to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials provided to you as part of your original purchase.
